Cheap, updated room, even so the view was nothing special. Nothing to complain about, I enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back.

Liked central heating, a laptop-size safe and multi-channel television in the room. The bed was comfortable and I had a private bathroom. The hotel's position was beautiful, close to everything. I was happy to find Outback Steakhouse, it was at a moderate distance from the property and served nice food.

It was clean, the staff was courteous, plus the service was excellent. Got perfect king room with whirlpool when arrived, enjoyed that. The location was marvellous, for example, Falls View was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

The view compensates for small defects! Parking is expensive
There were two huge double beds and only one seat.

The view of the falls was awesome. There's no hotel closer to Horseshoe. the room was on the 9th floor. View at sunrise was magnificent. Pleasant four star hotel. Professional friendly service at check-in.
The price for parking is a little excessive (35CAD).

The view of Niagara Falls was simply fantastic. Very nice newly renovated bathrooms.
Very shabby corridors. WLAN costs $7 a day.

We had rooms overlooking Niagara Falls, that was fascinating. The room was nice and big, there was a fridge and a safe.
Maybe we arrived at an inconvenient time, we could not really drive up to the hotel, as there were so many cars there. The lobby reminded more of a train station because it was so loud and crowded.

The view from the rooms to the falls is worth the stay
Expensive, uncomfortable pool area in the basement, the house is slowly being renovated again

I had a fantastic trip with friends, primarily to enjoy the stunning views of the falls and explore nearby attractions. The falls view from our room was excellent, especially while visiting the local escape room and checking out the parks. Just a heads up, parking isn’t free and breakfast can be pricey, so plan ahead!

The room had a great view. The weather wasn't the nicest, so we weren't able to see as much as we would have liked, but still great.
